We offer free local delivery to Widnes & Runcorn, spend over £50 and delivery is free to all areas covered!
We offer a free delivery service to Widnes and Runcorn as we like to support the local community. We also service a ten mile radius for a small fee (£5) for our loyal neighbouring customers. However, if you spend over £50 then you automatically qualify for free delivery.
All frozen goods will be kept at temperature in a polystyrene cool box. You will be updated from purchasing to the delivery of your order via email and text message. Please ensure that all contact details you provide are correct for a seamless service.

All orders must be placed no later than 4PM the day before delivery. If you miss the deadline, your order will be scheduled for the week after. We do not take responsibility for any delivery changes that may affect your pet food levels. Always make sure you order in good time before running out of pet supplies. Please contact us if you have any queries.
You will receive a text message to confirm that your order is scheduled for delivery. Orders are delivered on Thursdays and if for any reason this changes, you will be informed accordingly. We operate deliveries between 10AM- 6PM, but if your order falls in the latter of our time slot we will send a text message to let you know we are on our way and an estimate of how long we will be.
We trust that you will keep the boxes in great condition until we return on your next order, then we will happily take them off your hands to be reused. This helps us as a small business reduce our waste and keep delivery costs to a minimum. Your support is greatly appreciated! Please do not dispose of them for no reason.
We understand that not everybody can be home whilst we deliver, but you can notify us of a safe place to leave your order. Your order will be left (no matter the weather conditions) outside of your address. It is your responsibility to be available for your delivery to ensure it's not stolen, damaged or defrosted. We accept no responsibility for the order once delivered.
Sometimes we may substitute an item for similar value or substance. If a suitable replacement is not available, we will refund the product value. We take extra care by triple checking all orders, but we are only human and mistakes can happen. Please contact us at the earliest convenience, but no later than 48 hours after delivery if an item is missing.
If you live in shared accommodation or an apartment, we will leave the order at the main door. We do not carry boxes upstairs. We always try to get in touch to let you know your delivery has arrived, so please keep your phone handy on delivery day. We take no responsibility for unattended deliveries.
